No, boomers are dying out. Xoomers already invested in their own nostalgia. No millenial nor zoomer will buy your boomer nostalgia bags

>> No.54123791

yea man, go for it
the guys who lost money on PMs (everyone before you except JPM) only did so because they're scrubs
it won't happen to you
your "silver coins" will surely beat YOY % inflation, the one measured by the government (which is horrendously wrong)

I know that, so far, gold and silver YOY has lost to inflation almost every year since 1971, but I believe this will change as soon as YOU buy it, OP

go for it

It's better than spending your money on hookers and blow, but as investments go it's pretty bad.

Coin collecting is a fun hobby for some people but usually isn't a good investment, you need to understand market trends and find superior/rare coins at good prices if you want to make money.

>find superior/rare coins at good prices if you want to make money
this so much

nobody here will live long enough to turn a profit if they buy retail and sell wholesale

the only way to do it is to buy wholesale and sell retail. Which is what coin dealers do. But coin dealers aren't holding coins as an investment. We already know that's a terrible idea.
