It'd be slightly more than a third of the company direct registered and would also mean there shouldn't be a tradable float anymore meaning any trading past that point without mass selloffs of institutional holdings would be provably fraudulent by any dipshit with an internet connection that could screenshot a couple filings into the same picture and get it on reddit. At current DRS rates that's about two more quarters of activity, although as evidenced by the last filing the SEC would never allow the company to publish that more shares were direct registered than should be possible as that would basically be treason and a massive natsec issue. Meaning the only real resolution would be a merger/acquisition as soon as possible to forcibly pop the bubble before too many people start noticing and looking right at the meteor about to come crashing down on their heads.
