I also think if you want to own a nice house for 20+ years you should be able to dedicate up to 5% of the value per year to upkeep, so to be chill on housing I think you need roughly double the value of the home in capital - half to buy the home itself, and half to invest so that the returns (even 5% dividends) will cover upkeep. Not counting the suhr modern. I prefer Tom Anderson over suhr. They don’t have the blocky neck heel that gets in the way. Make sure you Get one that has their noiseless system for single coils. Only thing suhr has over them is stainless steel frets
