I just got liquidated for half of everything I had, how do I make it back?

Basically title. Just found out I got liquidated for $20k and I have $20k left in eth right now. I don't want to 'make it back all in one trade' as that was the mentality that made me open this position with a relatively low leverage because I had missed half the run up a couple months ago. Clearly I sized up too much and never expected prices to drop that much. Horrible risk management. I don't think I ever want to touch leverage again.
Also don't tell me to just hold what I have till I get a 2x again, because I'll still be down half my coins.
So, what's the play here? Narratives on alts for 10-20% swings? Do I need to map out a proper trading or risk management strategy? Is the shitcoin casino still a thing or is meme season over? Is it a mix of all of them?
I don't want to blow up the rest of my net worth revenge trading or aping into memecoins, I'm barely holding myself together after losing so much money. I can't ask on twitter because I have no followers. I don't know any telegrams where I could talk to people. Please help me, /biz/.

Put it in a diversified portfolio in Betterment / Wealthfront or something like that in a fairly long term goal so that it'll take advantage of the up/downturns through the next few years.

Late 2022 my grandma passed and I got about 35K, Kept 5k liquid as needed in my bank and the rest I put in basically 90/10 stocks/bonds w/ Betterment. Put in like about few months - it's holding and has given a fair run. With tax loss harvesting and all. Things gonna change fast - I just got a job so I'm gonna put shit in there soon.

I didn't say that though? Yeah, the reason I got liquidated was because I was impulsively revenge trading on a missed 30% move. Very tough lesson indeed.
What I was actually doing before was buying and hodling onchain projects, and poorly timing bottoms and tops on majors. I gained and lost a lot, but still outperformed ETH from the nov bottom.
The whole point of this thread was to ask where to get started with a community or if there is a way to get started with rotating narrative or flipping shitcoins/nfts.
