It’s definitely possible. You need to either make connections, be above average during interviews, have a great personal portfolio, build your own business, or all of the above. A degree is essentially a ticket to an interview with a little street cred. Lots of people with degrees struggle on job and lots of people without degrees who were fortunate to get a foot in the door excel at their job.

as long as you feel you are getting enough work experience then it's fine. you will probably want to transition into a more senior / lead role as you age. if you only have effectively 1/4th the experience of your peers that could be hard, depending on the job of course. the worst career move is to larp about your imagined successes in life on an anonymous online forum though, that will never get you anywhere
