Same. I just started a job at a new-ish small buisness and the boss is getting me to do a variety of jobs that are all turning out like shit. The business is unfocused and trying to do a little bit of everything so quality control is going into the shitter. I came in with very little experience hoping that I could shadow someone and do the job, but it's mostly just been fucking around and trial/error in making stuff work. I'm feeling pretty demoralized and anxious about it.

Been working with GAP in their in-house studio through my agency for the last month. Apparently they need a full time assistant and for the first few weeks I thought I could do it. But fuck man, this shit is hell, the management is horrible and my coworkers just seem MISERABLE. This week is 3 days in the studio two days on location and I just know the location days are going to be fucking hell. Really dreading tomorrow.
