Happened to my dad and he told me never to go into business with friends or family.
Guy he opened up a body shop with had cancer and didn't tell him, bought a bunch of shit through the business and died collapsing all the loans onto my dad, ended up later causing me to lose my house because of the second mortgage it put on the house.
