Am I missing something here? How did this shitcoin explode so fast?

Also if I go to there Reddit, they have a fuck ton of subscribers and they all keep talking about leaving bitcoin for this, like it’s going to dethrone BTC?

Something doesn’t seem right. Also it only trades on its own shit exchange?

I’ve been balls deep in ICX to even notice. The fuck is this?

In terms of tech, it’s the best pure currency coin. Literally instant and fee-less.

There is no reason it shouldn’t be in the top 5. Bitcoin’s first-mover so whatever, I’m not going to make any bold claims about XRB dethroning it. But the arguments for Litecoin and BCash to be up there based on their transaction time or some bullshit is all moot, RaiBlocks beats them all.

BTC is sort of essential for all exchanges so its not going away any time soon, but DAGs will conquer crypto in 2018.

XRB will at a minimum hit $23 as it gets to the same market cap as IOTA, and has a ton more potential given its energy efficient, feeless, instant, and capable of being upgraded to handle quantum computers unlike BTC or any other non-DAG crypto.

XRP will be in the top 10 in no time, and might even reach XRP levels of market cap pumping into the triple digits.

Buy now, and then hold through the binance dump and all the way to october and you'll thank me.

Look at XRB's CMC chart, it does well when BTC is rising or falling, whether all other alts are getting slaughtered or not. Still plenty of upshot left as it hasn't been put on larger exchanges yet. It's a working product that shills itself, instant decentralized fee-less transactions. Biz started shilling this as the next IOTA a month ago, and so far those brilliant biztards have been right. 51% attack is only good for double spending and no pools have that. We're also not trusting miners to validate transactions, the network incentives them to do so via block rewards. That's why blockchains are trustless, with DAGs transactions are validated by selected validators that you just have to trust. Which is why this dog shit isn't a crypto currency because there is 3rd party trust.

Tx/s is overrated, we are decades away to need VISA speed.

For example paypal only does 200 tx/s on average with a peak at 450 during events like Christmas or Black Friday and paypal has 200 millions users.

The other thing is that noone pay jackshit with cryptos (unless they are forced to), people mostly speculate on exchanges and if Core didn't block the change to 2-4-8mb we would talk far less about scaling for pure currencies (different for blockchain trying to do other stuff like Ethereum).

People will soon realize it, now it doesn't change the fact that XRB is neat but the next step for cryptos isn't there.

All the other requirements of a real currencies are not necessary. Since it's instant, or close to it, you can transact and then swap to whatever currency you want next.

Yes, no one knows the future. But you can make pretty good predictions with the data at hand:
1. devs know their stuff (look at LinkedIn)
2. it's been stress-tested up to 7k tx/s (yeah benchmarks, bla bla, but again, it's something that you can work with)
3. it works *today*; I transferred out of BitGrail and it was in my wallet before 10 seconds had passed. Zero fees.

Sure, of course there are obstacles that will have to be overcome, but that's true for everything. In the case of XRB, spam attacks on the network are a real danger, and people have already started proposing solutions.

The good signs are there, and have been there for months. If you don't see them you're blind and I don't know what you are doing in crypto, which is much more risky than traditional investments like stocks and bonds and indices.

As for the entry point: yes, now it's late. I got in 2 weeks ago and I thought I was late myself. When it gets listed on a big exchange it could dump hard, who knows. But if you see this as a long term investment you don't care too much and just hold.
