Since they can just hand over shares for cash value if they do get margin called on a position it would make sense if they know they're about to be upside down on something to pick a stock they have a lot of to pump and then trade if they do get called or just pump and use as collateral if they don't. Well it's subjective there's a reason BG3 had to rework a lot of classes and races and try and fix the mess WotC has made D&D, problem is while the effort has been made it doesn't really live up to what CRPGs based on older editions managed (Icewind Dale, BG 1&2, NWN) with considerably more limited resources. The system is fundamentally crunch poor, relying too much on flat (IE narratively static) bonuses which just worsens the reliance on RNG.

Disco Elysium found a way to make a game based on skills and RNG be great by having success and failure being entirely subjective with a failed skill check sometimes be a better option than a successful one (depending on how you want the narrative to progress). yeahhh idk about that one chief. I did a dos2 playthrough with my friend. it was pretty solid... right up until we entered act 4 and the difficulty spike was so insane we were practically incapable of progressing and just stopped. but go ahead and dismiss it by calling me retarded if you want. also it's kind of stupid that making a custom character is actually hurting your playthrough because the built ones have special interactions you'd be missing out on. and there's other issues like how the stat you think is the best to max isn't actually the best but you don't know that until you look up how the damage is calculated, among other things. I'd say dos2 probably has better story and world interaction, but everything else kind of sucks in one way or another.
I haven't played bg3 since it fully released, but I did play the early version and thought it was good. wasn't as much complexity and depth to it, but based on my experience with dos2, maybe that's not such a bad thing.
overall, dos2 is the game for basement dwelling autistic freaks that want to have to look up meta builds on their first playthrough, and bg3 is much more normalfag friendly which is why they're all creaming over it.
