You can call it based but everyone ive met like this you can see the pain behind their glazed over eyes. One of my colleagues who recently tried to bully me I told him what I thought of him and he spent 20 minutes or so hovering over me trying to sweettalk me then asked me to go for lunch with him. Its had to cross my mind because I've come across horrible people when starting businesses. It almost destroyed me but after reading up on psychology I learned to accept these horrible people cannot be changed and I had to move on.

Its not a crime to be more turned on than most. I didnt know what narcissism was until one stepped into my life and tried to ruin me for years.

Being business savvy forces you to confront the human psyche because its unbelievable how fucked up some people are. For years I tried to bargain with this one particular person but I got beat down everytime thinking I could be cordial about the situation. Once I started reading up on what that guy clearly had it all made sense. A side effect is I now pick them out quickly and I try not to be too harsh about it because I know they probably had a shit upbringing too. But I keep them at a distance. Im not getting burned badly again.
