Easiest beat in all of recorded history. Their Q3 2022 was really weak as well... Then again maybe not. How the heck is the consensus for EPS so high? Last Q it was around 0,9 and Q3 2022 it was 0,7. How is it 2+ now? Jesus christ NVDA is gonna be the biggest bull the stock market has ever seen

The demand is that high, possibly even higher. NVDA is also notorious for giving rather conservative guidance so yeah. Everyone wants in on the tech and their profit-to-produce ratio on that hardware is absolutely BRUTAL.
You might think they are overvalued but the truth is that they really are that far ahead and they have quite literally zero competition in the field.

>Probably no stock has dented Cathie Wood's reputation more than Nvidia. The fund manager, known for her love of futuristic (and often speculative) technology companies, sold most of her stake in the graphics chipmaker prior to the company announcing that its earnings and sales swelled due to artificial intelligence demand.

>Now investors are wondering if Nvidia (NVDA) can pull a second rabbit out of its hat, when results are announced after the close on Wednesday. The stock surged 8% on Monday but cooled 3% on Tuesday. Nvidia shares were back on the upswing in premarket action on Wednesday.

>Wood apparently isn't bullish. According to Wood's daily disclosures, the ARK Next Generation Internet ETF ARKW sold just over $1 million worth of Nvidia stock on Tuesday.

The idea is you train the model on e.g. NVDA hardware (remember who wanted to buy Arm? they're partners) but it can run on a smart toaster or whatever so you can say "Alexa make dark toast" and the toaster makes dark toast. It's called edge computing, it's one of the Next Big Things in tech (encompassing IoT, wearables, "ubiquitous computing", automotive and mobile). This way you don't need to put NVDA hardware in everything and make $6000 toasters.

How?
Literally just starting using Keltner Channel on Daily timeframe on any index, and you will never find yourself on the wrong side of your short position.
If on an index we break below ATR, very high probability that we are over extended to the downside, and that we will bounce (minimum) to the 20EMA to test it [the middle line]
Likewise, if we are above the ATR, it is likely that we will pull back and test the 20EMA from above
It is not guaranteed by any means, but literally, start using keltner channels and average true range (that is included) on your charts, and you will literally never fuck up a trade again
The only way you fuck up now is if you go short too early, or you go long too early
When you see pic related, where we're that far below ATR on an index, you should be going long (temporarily)
On individual equities keltner channels are a bit more wishy washy, but still very helpful - but on indices it's like gold
You're welcome, bobo

Play time's over, sit down and shut up. Later on tonight, there's gonna be a match for the tag team titles between the Acolytes and X-Pac & Kane, whatever whatever, it's not important. The fact of the matter is, this Sunday at Summerslam the winner of that match will come face to face with this. And to make sure that my man was right, this week I put him to the test. I had Paul Bearer call out to California - San Fernando Valley to some associates of ours at the Local 81 - Paul said we're gonna need two bikes for a ride in the desert. The guy said 'Brother Paul, now we know that the Dead Man can handle it, but I don't know about the Big Show. It's August, it's 120 degrees in the middle of Death Valley.' He says 'the only things that survive in the desert are the cold-blooded...the snakes and the lizards.' Paul said 'that's all right, and in one of those bikes that you're setting up for us, I want you the Big Show to only have enough gas to get to the middle of the desert and not get back.'

So we're on our way - we get to the middle of Death Valley - 120 degrees, the Big Show's bike runs out of gas. And I pull up next to him and I ask him this question: 'It's 120 degrees, how are you gonna survive?' He looks me straight in the eyes, without hesitation, he says 'I'm gonna wait 'til you go to sleep, I'm gonna stab you in the back, I'm gonna cut your flesh off, make a coat out of it, and I'm gonna eat YOUR flesh until I find food.' I said 'Good answer big man, but I don't sleep,' and I drove off and left him. I waited on the outskirts of the desert. Two days later, he walks out with 2000 shares of CSCO, a snake necktie and lizard boots, carryin' his Harley-Davidson on his shoulder. The point of the story is this. What used to be known as SummerSlam will now be known as Armageddon, and whoever shows up...will be hurt

>I'll take it for autonomous driving, but that seems still very far away.
I doubt it would actually be used for FSD, I haven't looked into what Tesla and so on actually use but I imagine you'd want something a bit heftier (FSD needs SLAM which is compute heavy). Arm's selling point is usually power consumption so it'd more likely be for peripheral stuff like displays or entertainment systems.

My prediction:
They won't miss revenue / EPS (probably) - they'll be within very tight range of both
What they will miss, and what market currently doesn't understand (fully) is that these orders are an anomaly, they are centered around several Chinese tech companies who placed these large billion $ orders so that they could still get NVDA chips before they are banned by the US government from doing so
It's not "Oh, we'll keep selling this number of chips every quarter, to Chinese buyers!"
It's "This was a one time thing, they ordered as much as they possibly could, so that the government would be less likely to fuck the order up, and not want to fuck up NVDA finances"
future guidance will reflect this, and the stock will fall sharply - it may not be immediate, good chances that they keep it as flat as possible to rake in as much premium - sky high IV, they've been selling straddles like hotcakes
but over the next quarter, it will pull back, as this information will be digested
I would be genuinely surprised if whatever price we close at today, the price on Friday close should remain plus or minus 5% of today's closing price. they will not let the options get paid out, they will suppress true price action so that all the puts that have been bought will expire worthless

however, 30 minute keltner channels really isn't a thing lol. you can't really get signals from average true ranges being breached on a 30 minute time frame, any signal you get is much weaker than the overall signal that you get on the daily, or weekly timeframe, which carries a lot more weight

Money is becoming more and more concentrated in the hands of people who work smart or just made it already and while the poors are growing in numbers, the rest are picking up their slack. When I go to the upper class outlets and malls there are still lines of people waiting to give their money away for things. Plenty of new Teslas with paper plates hitting the roads each day.
