DE might be my one favorite long termer. I got my son to buy it in the program he's in and he's had it for over a year now. What it tends to do is fluctuate between taking someone decent sized hits, and recovering strongly. So you could just buy some and add to it every time it dips and it should just push that new bit up before long over and over, even just adding fractional share amounts to it. In general though, DE is the idealized form of TSLA (what TSLA should be with less retarded leadership) but agriculture. They are deeply invested/oriented towards fully AI automated tractors and everything else. They will be providing fully bot ran farms of the future. They have one already that has AI cameras all over it that identify weeds and spot spray them, thus reducing both herbicide waste financially, and herbicide pollution of the land. They have automated tractors that the farmer can monitor via phone and instruct it what to do if it runs into an obstacle that it can't figure out on its own. They also have fully electric zero turn mowers. Anway, DE is some serious future growth stock shit, IMO, and should be seen as one of the big tech companies. CAT kicks ass too, you've got some breddy gud picks I think.

I mean far as inflation pushing the cost of shat sky high goes in some cases it really isn't that bad. Take Little Ceaser's. For 25 years the cost of the lunch combo meal and a large pizza was $5.25. Ok now the cost of both is under 8.00. Name something else that was able to stay the same price for 25 years straight, you can't. So in this case going from 5.25 to under 8 is not that big a jump when you account for time. Do I wish it still cost 5.25? Yeah, who don't. But I'm not gonna complain about it especially when say Papa Johns a small pizza cost over 8. So do I fork out 8 for a small or go to L.C and get more for my dollar? You go to where you get the most bang for the money.

Part of the HOOMER agenda has been regulations and zoning laws that make homebuilding deliberately more difficult over time.
I am talking small single family homes that are 1500 sqft or less (such as the old GI homes after WW2). Homes have, over time, been forced to get bigger and bigger over time because of HOOMER policymaking that tries to ensures that new families always have to pay up either for their McMansions or for much larger McMansions (so they pay for anyway even if pirce/sq ft. stays the same). There are already these kinds of in law units that can effectively be mass produced and sited within days instead of months.
It is telling that the past 2 elections and likely the next US election will be endless culture war garbage and nobody will dare mention the NIMBYs or HOOMERs.
The real third rail of politics now.
