I think within the next 12 months the emperor has no clothes moment is going to be front and center in the United States. If the cure to higher rates is the Federal Reserve doing QE... and that gives us inflation and an increase in prices.. i mean that's it we're done, this is so obvious that we might already be IN the moment of truth and everybody is kind of just too stunned to function properly.
The United States is adding a trillion per QUARTER to the national debt, at 5%. next year the interest on the debt at 5%.. which is not historically high, will be nearly half of tax revenue.
The boomers spent all the money in a single generation. It's honestly fucking impressive. I understand 1913, 1971 etc.. but the boomers destroyed the US dollar while maintaining the largest military force in history, and a massive monopoly on economic prosperity.. in a SINGLE generation. It's objectively impressive how terrible they were as a political group. If it weren't for Covid they literally might have been able to do this for another decade or two.

The Tax revenue of the USA is 3.9 Trillion, that's 42.3%. With 1 trillion per quarter additional, by the end of the 12 months we have another 200 billion in interest payments on the 4 trillion we will add, so interest will be 1.85 trillion.
That's 47.4% of tax revenue.
That's using 5%, and the fed funds rate is currently 5.33%.

for people having debt is bad because there is debt collectors and prison and punishments, but when ur the top guy, and have best army, debt is good. cuz u also force other countires to use the USD then u debt max it and take their money that way

the more debt = the better for the USA, why?
because first the USA do all transaction in dollars all around the world

then when USD is mainstream, print money litterly, get super rich by printing money, debt is now shared across everybody who used the USD
