The tesla bull case is especially weak because there is no realistic path for them to attain the market implied growth.

The only time you see that kind of growth is in disruptive companies that have quasi monopolies like Nvidia and even then that growth tends to mean revert over the years.

Tesla is priced as if it's the only electric vehicle marker in the world and it's destined to become a near monopoly. As if Honda, VW or Toyata don't have some of the brightest and best auto engineers in the world and massively larger infrastructure.

It's simply an impossibility for Tesla price to be justified with that level of industry competition. The irony is that electric vehicle bulls would be way better of just buying a basket of established auto-makers who will transition to electric and are trading for pennies on the dollar.

Also saw a few threads that said pension funds being mandated to buy up bluechips keeps prices elevated. Also saw another thing that suggested Gates was in support of youth stock accounts or something as a form of govt pension. Imagine having a forced investment to prop up a previous generation

We have this problem in germany right now where government benefits reach almost working wages or exceed them. Why the fuck would you work 8 hours if you can do nothing for only 10-20% less money? That free time is absolutely worth it.
