The crazy thing about that post is that he posted his personal e-mail that had his actual name in the address. Doubt there would be many Ross Ulbricht's around, so it would be easy to narrow it down. But the post he made on Stack Overflow with his personal e-mail apparently wasn't found until a few years later, so Ross probably didn’t even remember making the mistake that got him busted.
