Forgot to answer your second question: it's dogshit. I mostly deal with retired folks that are absolutely retarded. They make up the most customers because they can't handle the bank app and so flood our building with stupid requests. There is, however, enough gold in that sand to make it worthwhile. Sometimes I get to fry a big fish, settle a big loan with a product attached to it and get a big bonus.
