i don't think it's going to work out well for vanguard and merill lynch by banning the spot etf. there's clearly a demand for this product. and by not offering it, they're going to drive customers away to those who do. pretty obvious these behemoth companies are run by out-dated executives, clutching their pearls. even mcdonalds started specializing in the chicken sandwich, after their competitors did
