I wanted to buy 1000 dollar of Bitcoin, but i messed up by keeping the finger too long on 0 so i bought 100000000 dollar of bitcoin and now its over 43k
Should i sell again?

With no other information or care, strictly working on your narrative, yes, you should return your intended funds to the intended level and continue from where you madet the mistake..
A mistake to your benefit in a pre-built plan is still a mistake, no other information should dissuade you from completing your plan.
You made the plan, stick too it until your pre-set exits are matched. Otherwise you will shortly be abandoning all planning, and that is a recipe for being broke.
