Decentralization is a spectrum and not a Boolean. On top of that decentralization consist of multiple parts like miner, supply and node decentralization. Trying to condense it to yes/no is just dumb. Someone will say AWS architecture is decentralized while someone (like >>57395003) will say the most decentralized blockchain is too centralized to be called "decentralized".
