Honestly the answer is stealing. Realistically it won’t make you rich but it is a good side gig. Look for items that you can sell on eBay that will go through the APO without question. There is also amazon’s “got one to sell” option where you send it to amazon and they credit you money for other purchases. Armies are extremely wasteful so while you can’t get away selling a whole system things like SSD hard drives and expensive lenses can be removed from broken items and sold.
