You need a oasis web wallet with rose in it. Then select paratimes and bridge it to your metamask on the sapphire chain. To send back export your private key into your oasis web wallet and send back to concensus layer. Shit is tedious as hell to send back and forth.

From there you connect metamask to IX, paste in the rosy address (or go to chart and click buy if the address is buggy). Honestly oasis needs better UX design across the board and accessibility. Solana/phantom wallet made it easy to start slinging shitcoins in a matter of minutes.
