That won't work:

For a 10-character password: 62^10 ≈ 839,299,365,868,340,224 combinations
For a 12-character password: 62^12 ≈ 3,226,266,762,397,899,824,029,344 combinations

The longer the pw, the greater the complexity. In so few words, impossible.

Passphrases aren't outside the key space. [seed words] + [passphrase] maps to another set of seed words. It's the pigeon and hole problem, infinite pigeons but only a finite number of holes means more than one pigeon will end up going in the same hole.

This has always been a possibility, but it's an astronomically unlikely one. Even if you generated a quintillion seeds, that's only 0.000000000000000000001% of possible combinations... so it's very unlikely that any of them would ever be the same

No there isn't. All the combinations of those words have enough entropy to represent 256 bit security but some keys that exist in practice won't be represented here because some keys weren't created with this mnemonic dictionary. Aka it's a set with 256 bit entropy but there are other sets with 256 bit entropy that don't entirely overlap with this one.

I'm pretty sure that's bullshit, BIP39 starts from a private key, and then encodes that as a string of words, which would mean the wordlist could generate all keys
