If BlackRock buys all the coins there will be no more Bitcoin transactions and the miners will be unable to afford the energy required for them to operate. As a result they will be forced to shut down. Without the miners, Bitcoin dies.

Blackrock doesn't own the coins it is a custodian. Legal terms are important and mean things. Further, the only people who would buy through an ETF are investors using tax-deferred retirement accounts. Anyone with actual money will just buy directly and they far outnumber retirement tards. Your idea is not gong to happen.
