I just got $150k from inheritance. I'm a 26 year old NEET who lives with my mom and never had a job. What should I do?

Buy bitcoin, let the halving come and ride the bull. Get out early, dont try to be a superstar and then stick it in mutual funds.

Put it into low fee total market index funds and don't touch it. Maybe 10-20% into bitcoin if you want some additional risk. US treasuries are a good place to park it temporarily while you figure things out.
If you start trying to trade with it you are guaranteed to lose money, don't be retarded.

If this is true and not a larp, be sensible. Put most of it away into the bank and keep it. Consider investing $10,000 - $30,000 into either stocks or crypto to make some profit. Good luck, anon.

25k in crypto, 75k in a stock portfolio, 25k in liquid cash emergency savings, 10k in gold as a hedge, and 15k to spend for fun right now on yourself.

This
Put part of the crypto into larger coins, like btc or eth, put around 1k in small coins, doesn't matter which, i personally go for vinu, but that's my personal preference, or new coins for the initial bump
Remember OP, ALWAYS buy low, sell high, if a coin is starting to peak, they're most likely to get a dump, we see it on small coins and we see it on large coins

Everytime you guys keep getting inheritance and yet a dumb fuck like me has to MAKE 150k through stock trades yearly.
I wish I was GIVEN 150k like you guys do. I didn't. I made my own money. Parent's didn't give me shit, they actually are sucking off money from me after I've been making good money.

If I had one of your lives, I would've been a millionaiore long ago. You guys are living on easy mode while I had to claw my way to the top.

I'm not living on easy mode, I think about suicide all the time, if I can't find a way to use this money to make more so I don't need to work, I'll probably kms

Very cute. Welcome to the club except I choose not the do it and become a degenerate who risked all my money into stocks. Now I am eating decently.

It's easy mode. You're already above 90% of people your age in networth. To get that fucking much money as a 26 year old, it's insane. If you're smart, you can leverage that shit to make something out of yourself. But you're gonna cry and whine and probably just waste that away gambling into crypto.

Lots of student loan debt they never bothered to pay off, never bought a house, too much money spent at bars, never got serious about career progression so they're working jobs with kids fresh out of high school. I know many of these early millennials, some of them in their early 40s.

I hang out with them because they know all the best restaurants and even though they're living paycheck to paycheck they still know how to have fun.

Not investment advice, but an intelligent person might put somewhere between half and two-thirds of it into Bitcoin, and split the rest in a high interest savings account and easily accessible CDs to live off in the short-medium term.
