I put $3,000 into crypto and (in spite of my bad newfag choices over the year) cashed out $12,000 and moved out just lately
You should do a similar thing, you'll need about $10,000 imo to do it comfortably, less if you're not in college, and roommates always help with the rent if you can find them
Also you can get a car for about $1000
Start looking at rents all around and see what you can find
