An ex-adviser for his fund is an adviser for JNT. Make of that what you will.

>> No.8789704

I’m actually a trader and have worked for Soros’s firm in the past. They will invest in platform projects because of the ICO boom, they believe people will buy those for ICO (which is true). So expect EOS, ADA, ETH to get some traction. I was especially surprised to see that ICX was on that list since George has an affinity for Don Tapscott (ICX advisor). Anyways, funds won’t enter for a long time until regulation is in place and a large exchange (mainly Coinbase) will allow for enterprise accounts and not just retail investors. It will be a while but this was moreso a bigger dick contest for the news leak; just letting others know that he is eyeing the space.

I wouldn’t think too much of it. It’s too early.

CZ was saying a couple of months ago that binance has been contacted by companies wanting enterprise accounts setup and that they've setup some.

Yes I saw that same presentation and him speak of that (this was right at the height of the boom and the video was sponsored by Boxmining. Good stuff)

Probably is, Binance is offshore and won’t comply with US regulations. In addition, all clients needing to comply with FBAR may be hectic.

As far as regulations, avoiding regulations is why those companies are overseas to begin with, if they've been uninterested in abiding by US regulations for traditional financial markets I definitely don't see them caring about US regulations in crypto.

He condemned Google/Facebook at Davos. If he is serious and looking to follow through with that; BAT would be a way to cut off their ad revenue, a death sentence for Google. Plus it also would gain him a shit ton of ad space for his propaganda if the project succeeds.
