You guys do realize that large scale collapse is almost certain, right? We've got absolutely devastating climate change, looming repeat of 1929, FULL dependency on nonrenewable resources which are running out, full dependency on global supply chains. Within a couple decades there will be at least tens of thousands of INTERNAL climate refugees. The dustbowl will happen again but worse, and lasting effectively forever. What happened in Puerto Rico will happen again, and again, and again. The list goes on and on.

Complex civilization is 100% FUCKED. If you're not using your shitcoin gains to establish a more or less self sufficient community of homesteads within the next ten years, SO ARE YOU.

Whoah there buddy, calm down. Global warming ain't real.

We're currently on a path to self-destruction but it's a social thing, not an environmental thing. War will fix it. We've needed some hardship to kill off weak genetics in westerners. It'll be a good thing in the long run. And seriously, don't worry about that climate shit. Everything you think you know about it is a finely crafted lie.

This is literally how "redpilled" teenagers "avoid" the problem of environmental sustainability. Unbelievable.
The thing is, even if climate change isn't real we're fucked. Just look at ocean ecology and biomass. You can track in very simple linear terms how much food the ocean is creating, and how much we're destroying, and those ledgers aren't balanced. You can get caught up on "muh liberal climate change" (which is fucking retarded) but there is literally no reality in which our planet is capable of sustaining infinite growth, infinite greed and the underlying ecology to actually meet those needs.
And before you come in with "we'll come up with solutions! Muh science will fix it". We're not. We're not funding sustainability now. We're not reducing consumption now. You think we're magically going to turn around and suddenly become sustainable when global biodiversity starts freefalling faster than it is now? Of course not, we're not that smart or self aware. Instead we'll just blame foreigners, go to war, and the winner will get a dead planet that can barely support anything except microbial life, cockroaches and whichever sociopathic fuckheads won the war.
Escaping to a remote area and creating a sustainable community is my plan too, but it's only a temporary fix. When the world is post-habitable there won't be any safe enclaves, and even if there are, then you can bet the billionaire's drone swarms will be out looking for them.

Top kek. You actually think beta cucks and racial undesirables will be the ones suffering the most from war? It's the best way to kill off the few chads left in Western civilization.

The ones who survived WW1/WW2 were either lucky or complete kikes who weaseled their way out of combat by being in management and academia. The war is never going to hit the university professors and gender studies ideologues, it's going to hit the blue collar workers and uncucked patriots. OP is completely 110% correct. I keep saying this over and over again on this forum and IRL and fucking everywhere, but it doesn't matter. Our financial system is on the brink of collapse, and once it finally does collapse, we won't have the resources or political will to even attempt to fix the completely fucked biosphere.

The truly truly tragic thing about all this is that it didn't have to be this way. If we hadn't centralized financial power in central banks, made reasonable regulations about dumping plastic into the oceans, and not allowed corporations to become fkin "people" thereby skewing incentives, we would have been able to create a stable civ, or at least had a chance.

Also what about the caldera in Montana or an accidental nuke going off? So many fucking black swans complex civilization is so fucking fragile to it's insane.

But this bluepilled bullshit is what happens when you allow women to vote .

To conclude the post mortem, the 3 reasons humanity will collapse:

1. Central banking

What we do here with our short window of time makes fuck-all difference. You do realized that 99% of all creatures on this planet are no longer living, right? Think about that. The human timeline is so minuscule it is comparable to a grain of sand on a beach somewhere. Even if we tried our best, we wouldn't be able to fuck the planet enough that it wouldn't come back stronger.
Look at the fucking snowball Earth period. All life on the planet was reduced to a few random ponds scattered along the equator, and we bounced back from that 650 million years ago.

Nice regurgitation of the brainlet meme. 99% of scientists do not confirm man-made global warming. That's a mistruth propagated by teh media. It's more accurate to say that 99% of financial funding is allocated to prove global warming.

The UN Climate Council was caught by a whistle blower fudging numbers to show man made warming. The whistle blower leaked emails to wikileaks of discussions between the UN members adn the programmers who deveoped data software discussing how to alter the data to show the results the UN wanted. Should've been a huge blow to the credibility of the global warming hoax, but the "news" ignored the story.

A clean environment is something that everyone can agree on. It transcends party and ideological classes. It's also very difficult to politically oppose environmental regulations. So the "enviornment" ends up serving as a vehicle to deliver a larger state and more centralized control of the economy. And brainlets worrying about an environmental Armageddon are lapping it up.

THE TAKEDOWN OF THE "DEEP STATE" IS PLANNED.

IT IS PLANNED.

You are supposed to hate the Deep State, you are supposed to view it as the enemy. Problem > reaction > solution. Controlled opp has you focused on the Axis of evil western powers, when you dont realize that the whole thing is a sham. That they already have another system for you to go into when the Deep State falls.

There is no such thing as the "Deep State" its all a bunch of lies and actors. "White Hats" "Black Hats" they are one in the same.

Humanity ultimately chooses to be ruled as slaves. Jews are just very good at doing it and good at subversion and manipulation. What you see on the news is a lie. Its literally a lie.

Here brainlet's I'm going to give you some more clues at to whats really going on.

What you see on the news is literally a lie. Mass shootings publicized in the USA are hoax's. They use actors. Literally actors. Not everyone involved in these staged events are actors, but the people you see on TV are crisis actors. No bloodshed, the families that are involved set up their own donation pages and they rake in the money. Its a fucking million dollar business of cheating the population.

The population is fleeced at every turn. It's a scam. Taxes are a fucking scam and go absolutely nowhere, they go into a black hole because the entire country runs on credit. The End of the world via the weather is just another part of Agenda 21 and 2030. Global Carbon Tax is a precursor to WORLD Government, which is what they wanted all along.

Feminism, Transgenderism, etc, is all an effort to destroy the family unit which is the building block of civilization. Destroy the family unit and you destroy a culture and a nation. Lowering of Testosterone is done ON PURPOSE, Feminism and turning men into women is done ON PURPOSE, making the society gynocentric is done ON PURPOSE so the men dont fight back. They really, really dont want WHITE MEN (AKA YOU) fighting back against the system. Which is why all White male heroes have been completely stopped in media.

What you see on the news is a lie, just like the staged events, press conferences done by our government are dog and pony shows used to keep the populace in line and show there is a semblance of government functions. In reality the people at the top are simply puppets of the Elite that control most "global" families.

The way we get out of this is simple, dont choose another hierarchical government. Crypto is part of their plan, but what they did not anticipate was the "Decentralization" aspect of it. In order for their plan to work, they must have a centralized authority.

Boomers criticise crypto saying it is a speculative ponzi, but right now so is:

Property - boomers chasing gains by flipping houses, new coming of age gens can't afford houses to start families. Rampant property speculation.

Stocks / Shares - quantitative easing pumped straight from the central banks into the big commercial / investment banks to pump their boomer client's stock portfolios.

Bonds - same as above, QE bubble

Shit interest rates is what the boomer central banks have put into place, meaning saving fiat is completely and utterly worthless. This has fuelled the speculative asset bubble from rich fucks trying to find somewhere to make gains.

Icing on the cake was financial deregulation in the 80s spewing forth the trillions of derivatives which are literally boomers just betting with eachother on already overpriced speculative assets.

All the while wages have not grown in pace with any of the above. They expect YOU to buy their bags, and if you can't some rich Chink or Russian oligarch will.

Boomers will die and you will be left living in a place you LITERALLY have no stake in, unable to afford a family and crippled with debts.

Normies don't comprehend this and go on continuing to rack up credit cards, new cars, cardboard McMansion mortgages.

We might have one saving grace, as long as we aren't overrun with shitskins and muslim migrants before its too late, we might be the generation that will go down in history as washing away all the ills of our fathers and rebuilding Western civilization.

"Climate Change deniers" is a cult-like saying. Period. "Deniers" implies that someone is denying the absolute truth. There is so much shilling going on for "Climate Change" and suppression of the truth, that even people like Bill Nye have been going on about how deniers should be locked up.

It's the same shit with vaccinations. They make it out to be the absolute truth, when in reality there is evidence that shows that vaccines are connected with the rise of autism. Of course, no one is allowed to draw the parallels between the rise of vaccination and autism rates. No, we wouldnt want to do that.

For those of you pointing to a "consensus" among scientists. Read "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions" by Thomas Kuhn. Perhaps after reading it, you won't be so gullible in the future with regards to what "scientists" say.

Pure investigative science isn't always what is being conducted by scientists. Much of scientific activity is done to reinforce a current theory or paradigm. Dogma and intellectual inertia are very real forces in scientific activity.

Man made global warming "Science" is largely state funded, and 99% of the state money is allocated to projects that reinforce the man-made theory. It's very similar to letting the tobacco industry conduct all of the research on lung cancer. Or the pharmaceutical industry to conduct all of the research on vaccines, or the food industry to conduct all of the research on gmo.

This blind loyalty to what "science" says, without investigating how the scientist drew the conclusions, or what the motivations to draw conclusions were, is the product of your public school brainwashing. YOu've been conditioned not to question anything if it has the approval of "science". You're falling for the man-made theory of global warming, and ignoring the enormous ball of exploding hyrdorgen in the sky, and any impact it might have on temperatures here on earth because of your education, which is continuously reinforced by the mass media. It works so well, so confidently march to forums, and regurgitate the meme with arrogance.

This thread reeks of underage and Trumptards.

You all do realize that there's metric tons of proof that anthropogenic influences are the direct cause, right? That we have solid projections on sea level rise and flooding, that have been accurate since at least the '90s?

And that there are literally hundreds of "solutions", since no one thing has gotten us into this situation, and it's unrealistic to expect there to be a "magic bullet" to get us out of it?

Here's the IPCC's WG1 report from the 5th Assessment Report. That's a good baseline coverage of all the physical science you could ask for, and links to further information. http://www.ipcc.ch/report/ar5/wg1/

If you want information about solutions, follow the link in there to the WGII and WGIII reports, which deal with adaptation and mitigation, respectively.

We have plenty of information on these issues. You folks just don't want to read any of it.

Climate Change is a meme pushed by environmentalists to get public grants and funding. I know this because I've gained an environmental degree and I've seen firsthand how these freaks act and behave: narcissistic, pen-pushers who genuinely believe they know how to govern the world, and they will make you pay for it.

You can get paid well by selling a large, all encompassing story about global doom, alongside getting votes for it. In fact, it's almost religious, an example being the erection of giant, white pillars (turbines).

To actually achieve environmental conservation is much harder to sell, because it requires significant changes to your lifestyle, and actually evaluating your surroundings. It's easy to cry about climate change on social media, but how many people will go litter picking or demand for reduced agricultural subsidizes?

Decentralized infrastructure is more self sufficient, autonomous, and reduces central points of failure. With its ability to enforce policy without primitive threats of destructive reprocussion, cryptocurrency has shown the ability to incentivize growth of such distributed systems for many sectors of industry. In order to continue to support existing populations we will be forced to move away from the current exploitative centralized systems because of the huge amount of waste created by their inherently distorted models of incentive. We have seen that POW is either too centralized or too easy to attack, and lacks scalability. It is clear that the various flavors of POS lead to centralization of supply and incentivizes the degenerate proliferation of useless coins fixated on price. In order for cryptocurrencies to achieve their potential in allowing human civilization to continue to thrive, the cost of consensus must be lowered to as near zero as possible. There must be no block rewards or transaction fees. Incentives are what drive human behavior and create order out of chaos. Those incentives must be directed solely towards the growth of decentralized infrastructure to support a transition of industrial activity away from the crumbling centralized models.

This natural trait of man needs to be converted into a strength rather than a liability. Likewise greed is generally good, incentivization of behavior, if modeled with wisdom will convert it into a strength. Inequality of man is generally good, a system that allows for self determination through the mechanical application of responsibility separates each individual into their appropriate lot in life. These benefits and more are withing our grasp. Reduction of centralized overhead accomplishes a great deal by cutting off the dead and rotting meat from the societal organism. It is easy to look upon our centers of power and be overwhelmed by the stench of corruption. As long as the race of man is not extinct there will remain a core of born leaders who will be discovered by such a system. Once the new systems are in place there will be no way to compete with them. To compete you would need to create your own decentralized system, and that act would not violate our objectives. The dead meat feels heavy but it is dead and weak. The disease infects the minds of the weak, they will be separated by their own inability to keep pace.

The question always has to be, if you are going to reject the scientific method and peer review as epistemological vehicles (ie, that which moves you towards 'facts' or 'truth'), then what the fuck are you going to use instead. anecdote, hearsay and hunches are not rigorous, repeatable or falsifiable means of attaining knowledge. You say there's 'evidence' against climate change and vaccines, but I'm certain all you actually have is some shit some guy said on the internet, and he posted a graph, and it looked convincing enough. If you haven't subjected your shitty idea to the rigors of repeated placebo-controlled experimentation, metareview and peer analysis, there is really nothing going it. It's just something someone came up with. Woo.

Obviously peer review is not perfect, obvious scientific and academic circles have their biases. But you want to reject a system of knowledge acquisition just because it is flawed, and resort to make-believe and confirmation bias instead. Get it through your skull that just because you want something to be true, or just because it feels true doesn't make it necessarily true.

There is a breed of contrarian that is basically against whatever the majority has to say, that is their personality style, and they can be left (anti-vax, anti-gmo, naturopath) or right (climate denial, anti-intellectual/elite). You should seriously consider that you may just be one of those people who is strongly inclined towards disbelieving what everyone else believes, no matter what the substance of the matter in question is. Think of yourself as an epistemological hipster. It's not something to be proud of.

Climate change is real but I actually agree with you about what we would need to do to actually swiftly and meaningfully resolve it. Everyone is hoping that recycling their napkins and driving a tesla will get the job done. We have all been indoctrinated to try to effect change in the world through our consumer choices. What actually needs to happen is to stop being a consumer entirely, at every level.

Likely to really nip MMCC in the bud we would need to depopulate by a magnitude (<1bil) and start living at a level of energy intensity never again to exceed that of medieval europe. That's a hard sell when your crowd is full of apple/starbucks/tesla gentrified yuppienauts.

Sometimes I think in a sense that climate change deniers are actuallythe ones closer to the truth - not because they're right (they're not), but I suspect on a subconscious level they more aptly grasp what it would really mean for them if climate change was real (it is). They appreciate that accepting the reality of climate change would necessarily mean huge, life-altering inconvenience in their life - inconvenience if they ignore it and let it grow, and inconvenience if they meet it head on and actually take real steps to mitigate it.

Meanwhile the yuppie left think it is manageable by just rounding their starbucks purchase up to the nearest dollar to donate to the sierra fund. That's probably the most deluded attitude of all.

Most western academics embraced Marxism as it promised them technocratic glory in the 70s/80s, many sang the praises of the USSR as it was really actually stagnating and imploding as a cohort they have savagely endorsed eugenics/abortion/euthanasia as a means to population control and been right about very very little. The environmentalist agenda filled the hole maxism left, it was a reason d'etre to ignore property rights in favour of government lead collectivist property control and again promised academia technocratic glory. When you realised that people are still doing papers based on study programs that mind blowingly still have topics like the continuing relevance of marism to international diplomacy and the environment you realise that academia is far far far from what science is and should be. It has become an entirely self serving organ of government, funded via tax in most countries that seeks only to increase its headcount, funding and influence to the detriment of students, society and taxpayers. You seem to me to be, well frankly retarded. You go bicycle everywhere, avoid using plastics and eat onions because some bearded prick larping as a scientist in a geography department told you that we were all going to fry (they same were predicting a new ice age in the 70s). Fuck you and fuck you ilk for your stupidity. The green parties are where all the ormer cheerleaders for the USSR went when it collapsed. Think that through for people who have a track record of wrong..As regards the science, the earth is warming yes, it would be we are in a warming phase of the Milankovitch cycle, its not man made, the compuer aided modelling that's used to justify the man made aspect are based on stupidly small data sets and have no statistically credibility at all. scum that had no problem defencing the USSR so they could be your technocrat ruler for an occupying power don't give a fuck about truth.

Sadly no. The urban mobs inability to do anything to rebuild sustainable agricultural production or communities in the land and spaces they take are a symptom of collapse. the exact correlation between co2 and heat is unknown. It's also possible once it gets to a certain point, plant life accelerates to consume the co2 in a cyclical system.
http://www.climatecentral.org/news/study-finds-plant-growth-surges-as-co2-levels-rise-16094
The amount that co2 heats the earth is logarithmic. studies in the 70's say that the rate is so low that we could pump as much co2 as we possibly could and it wouldn't be a problem for 100k years.
only more recent studies say it could be a problem within 1k years.

erring on the side of caution is good, but it's terrible to be so arrogant in a science you know so little about. It's been turned into a moralistic political issue to centralize government power rather than to promote public safety.

I don't think anyone advocated discarding the scientific method as an epistemological tool.

The general cycle of science has been that there are theoretical breakthroughs that cause scientific revolutions. They happen periodically. The time between revolutions is spent supporting, verifying, fine-tuning a theory, until the limits are reached, a crisis occurs. Competing schools debate over their different interpretations of the data until a new breakthrough is made. Initially it is resisted by the old guard until the evidence overwhelms the old theory and a new paradigm is established.

Climate change science is a manufactured paradigm. The money and funding is directed at proving the man made theory. It's not directed at genuine pursuit of knowledge. Competing theories don't get equal funding. It all goes to proving one theory. That fact alone should trigger the rational man's bullshit detector. When ideas need threat of imprisonment to gain mass acceptance, you should be sniffing for bullshit, because it's in there somewhere.

I think that most of the economic problems of oil running out will be offset by the slow, but steady, shift of our grid's production capacity to renewable sources.
Oil will still be needed for things like airplanes, which aren't able to run on electricity, and that oil will be synthesized from coal or bio sources.
Like your document says, it's not going to be an energy source, per se, but just a means to transfer energy at extremely high density. Airplane tickets will become much more expensive, and I wouldn't be surprised if we see electric trains become the standard as the price of oil would make diesel powered locomotives uneconomic to operate.

We have the means to totally switch to renewable energy now, there's just not much incentive to do so because oil/coal is still plentiful and cheap to extract.

Debating about climate change is pointless because at the end of the day absolutely nobody besides some commune hippies and varg vickernes types are doing anything to lower their stand of living(which is ultimately the only thing you can do to reduce carbon emissions). The global elites are basically retards thinking they can save the planet while simultaneously destroying all localized industry and forcing everything to use long complex supply chains powered by diesel engines. Then you have retards thinking because they are a silicon valley cuck with a Tesla they can replace the global transportation infrastructure with batteries. Then you have these lefty retards who think everybody including the entire third world should have a government subsided western standard of living which is impossible and unsustainable, while simultaneously complaining about pollution and shit, they also want to increase carbon taxes to and then use them to spend even more money on importing third worlders and giving them a western standard of living. Then on the other side you have """conservatives""" who want to expand suburbia, strip malls, massive trucks and shit to new heights. nobody is going to do shit until they are forced and by then it will be too late.

>>9820549
The entire transportation network is 100% dependent on oil, the only exception being some electric trains(which use electricity from coal/natural gas plants) and a minuscule amount of person vehicles, renewable energy is a meme if you wanted to replace all fossil fuel energy with batteries it would require mining operations that make the Alberta oil sands look like a fucking joke, and you cannot transport it in pipelines like oil, so you need even MORE oil powered heavy machinery to move everything around, also the oil industry is basically broke and hemorrhaging money ever since the collapse in prices back in 2014 and there is still no replacement.

>> No.9820763

>>9820677
There are certain properties of oil that make it the perfect energy source

It's a liquid so you can transport it in pipelines and other vessels easily, is can be pumped, poured, it flows. Oil fields can produce oil using just the pressure of the earth that pushes it to the top which is why the EROEI is so high for oil(or it was in the past)

Compare that to batteries, which use metal, cobalt, nickle, lithium, ect... Heavy as fuck, requires strip mining to obtain. The refining process is EXTREMELY toxic which is why 99% of rare earth are produced in buttfuck nowhere inner mongolia. They cannot be put into a pipeline like oil and require are extremely heavy which requires enormous energy just MOVE them.

The only solution is decentralized rail networks like in the industrial revolution, also thing like waterways which were used in Europe, China, NE America ect. Localized industry so your shittly little widget doesn't go from China to Vietnam, back to China, then LA, then on truck to the rail depot, then to another truck, then to walmart in buttfuck minnesota. Also making QUALITY good like in the past that would last a lifetime so you buy one useless widget and it lasts forever

Grid electricity can replace oil for the most part, but it is certainly less convenient.
Our rail network would be still work fine, the tracks would just have to be electrified. Personal transportation would become less and less of a normal thing, as the price of batteries (and electric vehicles) would skyrocket. Electric streetcars (pic related) would probably become more and more common as traditional commuting would be too expensive.

Electricity can be easily transported across long distances, can be generated in a multitude of ways, and runs basically all of industry.
The end of oil would be a radical lifestyle change for many people, but I don't think it would at all spell collapse. We just keep using it right now because it's cheaper to drill out oil than to convert everything to electric.

Let's delve a bit more into Kennedy assassinations

1963: The Kennedy Assassination -- President John F. Kennedy Sr. was shot and killed in Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas near the 33rd Parallel on 11/22/63 (11 + 22 = 33). Dealey Plaza is the site of the first Masonic temple in Dallas, and a Masonic obelisk. Thus, we see the following numbers in the JFK assassination:

Number 11 -- November

Number 22 -- The day of the month

Number 33 -- Addition of '11' and '22'

Number 33 -- Dealy Plaza is located on the 33rd Parallel

1968 On June 5, 1968, shortly after winning the California primary election, United States' Senator, Robert F. Kennedy, was killed at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, California, close to the 33rd Parallel and near a Masonic Lodge. Like the assassination of JFK, this assassination contains the same occult "Master Numbers" -- 11, 22, 33.

Number 11 -- RFK was shot on June 5. June is the 6th month; when added to the 5th day, you get an '11'

Number 22 -- RFK was shot by a .22 caliber pistol

Number 33 --Addition of '11' and '22'

Number 33 -- Los Angeles is very near the 33rd Parallel

Phoenix, Arizona, is on the 33rd Degree Parallel. Tremendous paranormal activity is occurring in Phoenix, and has been since the 1947 Roswell Alien/UFO incident allegedly occurred.

JAPAN'S BOMB - Nagasaki, Japan is on the 33rd Parallel. Hiroshima is 100 miles away. Historians have always been perplexed as to why the U.S. chose Nagasaki to hit with a nuclear bomb, since no meaningful military or political targets existed in this city. However, you can see how 33rd Degree Mason, President Truman, might have made the decision to attack Nagasaki, located on the 33rd Parallel. HURR DURR WAKE THE FUCK UP

What is there to believe? The numbers are right there in front of you moron. Numerology is a METHOD. It's not necessarily a belief system.

In numerology you add up all numbers until you get one final number, with the exception of doubles - 11, 22, 33 etc. So for example the numerology of 1999 = 1 + 9 + 9 +9 = 28 = 2+8 = 10 = 1.

It will bring down the fertility of Great Plains as the average temperature falls in the North America and it will thaw down permafrost in Siberia, expanding the accesable arable land in Russia. Russia of the late 21st century will be the dominant global food producer.

The thing is, I've seen a lot of claims around that it's manufactured. And that claim (that the consensus is manufactured) can more often than not be traced back to oil company founded institutions such as the Heartland Institute which, among other things, has manufactured fake (or grossly misleading) studies to falsely claim that there's no consensus.
That's why I'm asking. If there's actually legit evidence out there, I honestly want to see it. So far, I've seen bullshit and little else.

Never has a generation so poorly grounded in scientific principle and education been sold such an enormous lie. Only the lie of communism sold to illiterate Russian serfs matches the climate changes deluded and false paradigm.

Tell me

What years where the last peak temperatures in Europe?

What stage of the milankovitch cycle (actual science) are we on?

Are you aware there was a consensus amongst climatologists in the 70s that we were approaching a new ice age?

Why were they wrong?

If they were wrong then what makes you think that computer models based on vanishingly small relevant sampling are any more relevant than the climate in world of warcraft?

If a group of people have an evident economic and social incentive to propagate a weak theory (the statistical modelling on climate change is beyond absurd) is it not reasonable to e particularly sceptical about it?

Seems like environmentalism is moving from being an authoritarian faith based cult to an apocalyptic cult.

'Scientists' (and I am loathe to call man made global warming theorists that) were wrong then so there is zero assurance they are right now either and what is remarkable is that they are consistent in making apocalyptic predictions based on statistically irrelevant sampling and woefully inaccurate models and profiting from making such preposterous claims.,.

The millennial generation are the most poorly educated, over socialised, brainwashed generation born in the last thousand years. Something as unscientific as global warming naturally appeals to them.

BTW How many professors lecturing in climatology have you actualy discussed this with?

Because my views are based on a series of lengthy in person conversations with two senior lecturers in climatology. Both of whom freely told me in private that it was complete shit but that if they were to state that in public they would be lynched by their peers who derive massive funding and influence from making dramatic and unscientific claims and that this phenomena is NOT NEW and has been going on in that amazingly inept branch of academia since the 70s.

You are incapable of thinking. Your brain just does what the majority of your peers vocalise. You don't even have a viable individual personality capable of reasoned thought.

consider this:
what is a chemical property of water when it gets warmer?
RIGHT it can't hold as much dissolved gas as cold water.
so, if co2 leads to warmer oceans, that must lead to more co2 which leads to warmer oceans which leads to more co2 ...
if you are feeling fear and cannot think clearly after hearing this, you've been indoctrinated
if you can logically think, think about volcanoes and why the earth hasn't stayed warm since the beginning of primeval time
co2 is possibly a hoax and I don't get why anyone would insist on this
Destroying nature, creating trash and using up resources (like rare-earths) are definitely BIG problems which need to be solved if humanity wants to keep the planet around roughly as is

My general take is, men should serve the earth and not vice-versa

lmao, au contraire people said that snow and atypically cold months, measured in the shortest time frame, disproved global warming because the term had "warming" in it and retards took those instances of cold as disproving the theory.

I would think that /biz/ of all boards with its intellectual skirmishes with ta should be weary of apophenia and wouldn't turn to a "model" where the historically, nay even geologically radical temperature increase in time is part of a bunch of convenient cycles that happen to add up to a good outcome in the end. This is also the reason no one will ever take the 'alt right' seriously. But that is exactly what you want. You want to be the outsider with the weird beliefs and conspiracies, you want to be apart from the masses and society because it gives your life meaning. You want to be the victim, the enlightened individual who looks upon the masses as foolish. This can be attained by reading philosophy, not believing in retarded conspiracies. Get off your ass and read a book fags
