It doesn't use Cryptoloot you brainlet, it's a full consent project, like BAT. You opt in, websites opt in, and think of it as running a masternode in the background (in Javascript and Web assembly) while you browse. Just a single thread or so, nothing that'll kill your cpu. The whole fact that it's not capable of acting covertly is why it'll work and blockers won't target it - hell, the devs can release a dedicated browser plug in if they have to.
