Following up on my previous post.
This had already happened before when the SEC sued KIN for the same reasons, the lawsuit is pretty much identical.
The coin lost around 60% of its value in the following days, and after a month the company decided to close Kik to focus on the lawsuit, dropping the price even more and putting the coin into dead territory, losing 90% of its original value.
One of the obvious 2 results for the lawsuit happened, and they settled for a pathetic $5 million fine (the settlement resulted in a huge bump in price, as always).
Right now, 18 months later, the coin has already surpassed the pre-lawsuit price, by 80% kek.

XRP's price was at 48c before the news dropped, meaning it could drop down back naturally to the .24c support considering what happened with KIN (or if BTC goes through a correction RIGHT NOW and crashes the market, as I said previously).

Understand the differences between the two cases tho:
1. A second dip that almost kills the coin will most likely not happen (like it did with KIN when Kik was closed). It will only happen if David Schwartz or Chris Larsen kill themselves, unlikely.
2. XRP is much bigger than KIN was, shitcoins that are barely worth anything always drop harder.
3. From June 2019 to December 2020 (KIN's 18 months of pain), we didn't have an alt season, and we're about to have one.

With everything I said in mind, think about every possible scenario (if XRP drops to ~.28c naturally; if it drops because of a BTC correction; if it drops naturally THEN the correction happens; if it goes up to .37c, if it goes up to .43c, and blablabla).

For situations like this that you need to always have cash in hand, a 2nd monitor, and practice polyphasic sleep so you don't miss juicy candles. And DYOR, are you even trying?

If the .34~31c support holds AND BTC doesn't go through a correction today, XRP will bump back up EASILY

In my honest opinion, this support would be able to hold this dip EASILY by itself. Looking at the situation more carefully, yeah it's a bad piece of news, but they'll either settle or nothing will happen, both would be positive results and would bump XRP's price, considering Ripple doesn't go bankrupt (what wouldn't happen).
The WORST moment for this lawsuit is right now, where the accuser has the stage and everything looks doomed.

Sadly, we're at BTC's mercy. If it goes through a correction, the whole market will crash. If the whole market crashes, we'll lose our strongest support. If we lose our strongest support, the next one is only at .24~23c, and it's a weaker one, and everyone will be panic selling.

Long story short, pray for BTC. This is THE break it or make it moment for this coin, and right before the start of an alt season.
The last time BTC went through a correction, we dipped around 20%. So, ask yourself this: Do you think we'll be able to bounce back to .44c before BTC goes through its next big correction? If your answer is yes, sell everything you have and buy XRP. You shouldn't sleep for the next 24h if you're holding XRP or have money to buy more.

After europoors panic sell I'll double my stack and get to around 150k xrp total
