Or the dedication and love of the fashion itself and not just your money? VM and AtePi's coats are about a $200 difference, but do you know why I'm willing to shell out? Because VM has proven time and time again to be very detailed, meticulous and you see it in the easy elegance in their products. The small laces around the hem of the sleeves and collars make a world of difference in the class of the garment. That, and the lushness of the fabric and fur, that you can see the thickness and quality is what I love. There is a love in the details that Taobao just can't compete with. And artists passionate about their art is something I'd support, along with fair wages and humane working conditions, all of which I am assured of.
