/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm doing a duo cosplay with my twin brother, I'm doing Vergil while he's doing Dante. I've been making Vergil's Yamato out of cardboard, I avoid foam because I'm unfamiliar with it, and it bends when I hold it out on one side. I was thinking of hot gluing a metal rod along the side to fix it, but I'd like to hear any advice on it.
