What’s a good makeup starter kit for a sweet lolita with an unfortunate face? Is there anyone out there that sells one like in a lucky pack or something? The actual application is nbd since you can always look up makeup tutorials on YouTube but what are the “brand” items that best achieve and contour a fugly face for sweet?

Basically I’m looking for a pack that contains:

- Foundation
- Concealer
- Powder
- Eyeshadow and Mascara
- Blush

Or just a general list of brands that Sweets tend to use.
