The female bladder is located in a much more crowded area than the male bladder (between the uterus and rectum). In fact, it's so crowded that the bladder and its sphincter actually RESTS on top of the vagina's wall. Not only that, but the sphincter in females is BIOLOGICALLY UNDERDEVELOPED in comparison to men
