Yeah some of them can be like this. Honestly the only stable trannies are ones who don't 'advertise' it in any way. IE the ones who are comfortable enough with their identity that they don't need to broadcast extremely personal sexual information in order to be 'different' and feel 'special'. They are very unlikely to act dysfunctional, and if they do they tend to have a better handle on it than others. Its simply another part of their identity in a sea of other qualities and not a flashing neon sign that directs the rest of their life.


I had to deal with something similar. A MtF tired to get up close and personal to me when I had a BF, told them to fuck off after they started to get handsy. This was after an hour of awkward flirting which I did not respond to or entertain in any way. They got mad and asked me why I wasn't interested. I flat out told them I liked guys. They just smiled and said that they are a guy so it should be fine. I said no its not, because I have a guy already and you're wearing heels higher than Snoop Dog. Just because you have a dick doesn't mean I want to reach up your skirt to touch it.

They were none to pleased and started a pretty modest facebook mob over it.
