Yes, I've seen a bunch of people do it and I've also worked with EVA foam on fursuits (just for the ears though.) You're gonna need a dremel, special glue, and a heat gun though. Your best plan would be to join some cosplay discords and ask for help from people who've made stuff with EVA foam before for help. Pic related is an EVA head I took off google
