in my experience, prosaide II isn't sticky at all after you powder it, and it stays on painted limbs really well unless you're resting weight on them for a while

at this point, i'm fairly certain it was all just something stupid made up by some asshole who hates homestucks.

looking through the tags and the facebook groups/page, i can't find anything about it. if it happened, there would have been a ton of PSAs and shit all over the place by now. i should hope even the nuts in this fandom wouldn't just stay silent about drugging people for shits and giggles.
