Just wanna throw out a warning for this dress from this seller

I got it a while back because I love how it looks, and it was pretty nice. The material felt kinda cheap but for the price I wasn't expecting the best quality anyways.
The only bad thing was that it smelt sooo bad. Like, kinda chemically? It was really strong, I accidentally put another shirt on top of it, and the shirt started to smell as well

So, like any normal person I put it in the washing machine (put it on a very mild program so it wouldn't be ruined) and the black fabric had discolored the white fabric. I'ts like, dark gray now. And it still smells just as bad.
Tried washing it a few more times but nothing changed.

If anyone has bought a dress like this without the problems above, please give me a link! I don't want to buy another one without knowing if it's good, since it might be from the same factory even if it's a different seller
