AM is really starting to get fucking expensive for what it is. This is the last time I'm going due to only hearing about the scandals late this past fall, and I've been a superpass holder from 2016 until now. In comparison to the years beforehand, there's all the typical extra stuff that was free back then that AM is making superpass holders pay for now *on top* of prices staying the same for these passes. I'm pretty fucking angry about it, honestly, because access to cut the line by itself is not worth $100 extra in comparison to the normal pass. Thank god an unknowing family friend gave me the money to buy this pass as a present, so I didn't actually have to spend my own money, but that was back in the end of May, and refunds for my purchase block are long over.

Honestly, on another note, no wonder superpasses are still for sale. They always sell out by October or November, but they're still on sale somehow. I know they sell the same amount every year unless they announce more because of high demand to meet a Japanese guest, according to a friend of mine who used to work for John until the end of AM 2017.

Tl;dr: this is all fucking ridiculous, and I wish I could've used that money on something that wasn't this much of a rip-off, for fuck's sake.
