buy a red base wig, two (or more, depending on how chunky you want them) ponytail clips, and a package of pink wefts. sew the wefts in all over the wig and clips. it'll be pricey (probably about $30 for the base wig, $10-$15 for each ponytail clip, $8-10 for a pack of wefts) but it's a fairly complex wig
