How should I approach Ahiru's tutu? Should I use circular metal wire to lift up a petticoat? And if so, which shape and thickness would be best? Or should I layer 2? Or just get a really fluffy one? I've also seen some cosplayers approach it as lining at the bottom of her dress. I'm so overwhelmed with options. Give me your guidance, /cgl/.
