I want to cosplay Oracle Futaba. I already have a general idea of how I'm going to make the goggles, but I want to implement an Arduino controlled lighting effect on her top since her outfit glows in the game. I know that I'd hide the circuitry in one of the cargo pants pocket, but that's all I know.

So tl;dr I'm trying to find a matte skin tight material that won't shrink after I sew my RGB strips in. Thanks!

I know that I'd hide the circuitry in her stupid cargo pants, but that's all I know. Anyhow, I'm pretty confused about which material to use for the top since Futaba mentions that it's skin tight and it's clearly matte. So I'm trying to find a matte skin tight material that won't shrink after I sew my RGB strips in. Thanks guys! I'll probably post this in the help thread too, but I figured that I'd have a better chance at finding some other Oracle cosplayers here.
