/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I've been working on this design for a while and figured I'd run it by /cgl/ for ideas on making this balanced.
The blue morpho butterfly was a big motif for this. I can show older designs of this later if they'll help.
The main colors were light blue for the top and petals, dark blue for the shoulders, shoes, and arm ribbons, and pink for the ribbons and frills.
I don't know what kind of headwear would work well with this.
