Self-posting as well. Does anyone have recommendations for exercise I can do to get rid of the lower stomach pouch? Even when I was at my skinniest, I still have it.

Doing squats every day makes a huge difference for me, so you should try that. I only do 3 sets of 30 squats every morning but hope to be able to do more per day soon.
