Hello, all. I have what I hope is a fairly simple question. A few friends and I are hoping to do a Sailor Moon group cosplay. A few girls in the group are plus sized, so we need a custom shop. What's your favorite Sailor Moon custom cosplay shop? It would be great if they had the outer senshi as well, but that isn't a complete must. We'd love to have these costumes done by September, if at all possible. Thanks!
