I can understand your buttfrustration at girls who don't know how to pick dresses that can fit, but please, there are actually plenty of brand dresses whose bust and waist measurements exceed 100+cm that a fattie, even at 200, can fit into quite easily.
I remember weighing 220 and nobody said shit to me on cgl nor irl when I got posted with my DDC tiered jsk. Then again, I probably carry my weight better because I exercise and am not a skinnyfat.
