It's this stuff. I bought it at Michael's with a half off coupon. I've only used it for one project so far, and did about five or six thin layers. It worked fine but I'm not sure how it'd be on a large scale project. Considering Hobby Lobby sells it as well, it could easily be the same stuff you used.
