I haven't seen any Yukako cosplays before. How are you gonna do the patch on her right sleeve?

Okay so I'm sill sort of new to cosplay in terms of making things myself. For Acen I'm going as Yukako Yamagishi from part 4 of Jojo. I'm not entirely sure if fabric paint would be the best option for the flower on the sleeve, so I wanted to see if anyone else had some ideas. She also has a pair of blue penny loafers, and I can't find a good blue pair, so would it be possible to paint some somehow? I have some brown ones currently that I'm not using for anything else.

I'd say the best bet for Luke would be to get a wig in a similar color that you can style.

I've also heard sandpaper works well for making clothes look worn.

Working on a costume a few days before Katsucon while working and going to grad school full-time is like I'm purposefully trying to make myself sick.
