I’m about to hit $5k in my sales on Etsy and I’ve only been open since April. Should I be worried about taxes and whatnot? Do you guys register as a small business? Is it worth registering as a small business? Please help me I’m getting kinda nervous. (American BTW) Do I need a business to file taxes correctly?

....And I literally won’t be helping anyone ever again. It’s I don’t want to be rude but I don’t want people blantently stealing my ideas because they see they get popular?
