Can someone tell me what this is from?

I like the people in my comm, but only about four people make a legitimate effort to look nice when going to meetups. You get stuff like people wearing long awkward cardigans with jsks (they look like capes jfc), people bringing along big awkward ugly backpacks for no apparent reason, no makeup, etc. I wouldn't call any of the girls ita, but a lot of them just miss the mark by a bit, even though hitting it would be a lot easier for them.
I'm not snobby by any means, but sometimes it's a bit odd to show up to a meet and feel like you're the only one who put in any effort.

Christmas stroll at some obscure town center place!~ Although we are warm weather lolitas, so if it snows we may change plans... who knows.
