I'm wanting to cosplay a TF2 demoman but I'm kind of at lost as to how to handle the vest. I could use thick foam and stay true to the ref but my bust is already large so I'm not wanting to look anymore top heavy. Any tips or help?

The Demoman's vest, should I try to make one or possibly buy something that looks close to it? I'm not the most creative person when it comes to making shit so I'm scared if I try to design it then I'll screw up
